Congressman Bartlett on Peak Oil Tonight
3 May 2005
After having last week’s scheduled Special Order speech on peak oil postponed due to last-minute changes in the Congressional Floor schedule, Maryland Congressman Roscoe Bartlett is due to make his third major presentation on the topic to Congress tonight.
C-SPAN will broadcast the presentation on cable and the Internet. The speech is scheduled for the third hour after legislative business is completed—approximately between 10:30 and 11:30pm EST.
Congressman Bartlett earlier tackled peak oil in Special Order speeches before the House of Representatives on March 14 and April 20. The March 14 speech including charts is available from Congressman Bartlett's website at http://www.bartlett.house.gov.
