ECCO Energy Forms Biofuels Subsidiary

12 February 2007

ECCO Energy, an independent oil and gas producer, has formed a subsidiary, ECCO Biofuels, to focus on production, distribution, and manufacturing of biodiesel and ethanol fuel.

ECCO Biofuels will manufacture biodiesel production facilities as well as produce biodiesel fuel itself. In addition to the production of biodiesel fuel, ECCO Biofuels will be a fuel distributor of both biodiesel and ethanol fuel in the US.

We feel that there is a significant need for renewable fuels...ECCO Biofuels will focus on biodiesel plants that are specific to the region they are built in.
