Malaysian Operator to Buy 465 CNG Buses from Samsung

Malaysian bus service operator Nadicorp Holdings Sdn Bhd will buy 465 compressed natural gas (CNG)-powered bus chassis from Samsung Corp for US$77 million.
Samsung is also arranging the loans: US$50 million from Korean banks and US$27 million from Malaysian banks.
Implementation will be staged, with 100 buses targeted for this year. Development of the CNG refueling infrastructure will proceed in parallel.
