1 August 2007

Gull Petroleum has launched Gull Force 10—a 10% ethanol blend (E10)—in New Zealand, marking the country’s first E10 product.

Gull’s ethanol is produced from whey, a dairy by-product. Gull also sells a B20 biodiesel blend: Gull Bio-D.

The New Zealand government has set a biofuel target of 3.4% of total fuel sold by 2012.
