Enova and Wrightbus Partner to Deliver 6 Additional Diesel Hybrid Buses to London

Enova Systems and Wright Group will provide an additional six Wrightbus Electrocity diesel-electric hybrid buses to the city of London. (Earlier post.)
The Electrocity incorporates Enova’s 120kW Series Hybrid drive system which is powered by Enova’s 60kW Genset. Enova’s 120kW Hybrid Drive System has already been installed in the previous six Wrightbus Electrocity vehicles that are now in service in London. The initial six single deck buses operate on London’s 360 route, from the Elephant Castle to the Royal Albert Hall.
The six hybrids operate at a target of seven days per week and 18 hours per day.
