From launch, an HDi 90 powered version will be available emitting 99 g/km CO2—the first full production Citroën to emit less than 100 g/km. New engines scheduled from 2011, incorporating second-generation Stop & Start technology, will see diesel versions emitting as little as 90 g/km CO2, to be followed by new generation three-cylinder gasoline engines with less than 100 g/km CO2.
The C3 features what Citroën calls the Zenith windshield—an exceptionally long windshield that expands the front occupants’ field of vision by 80° upwards. As a world first, the progressive glass smoothes the transition from the strong sun protection above the front passengers to the standard clear glass for looking forwards.

The C3, not the most atrractive car - looks too 'cute' or 'cuddly' and would appeal to a market into that sort of thing, as well as the somewhat prius-like 'smug - look what i've done to save the planet' market.
Also, what about the practicalities of having so much glass on the windscreen - great idea but much more prone to stone chips, cracking etc and I be these aren't cheap to replace - watch the insurance premiums rise on this model.
Otherwise a good little motor for round town but likely to be stretched out there on the motorway (unless stats indicate otherwise).
Make something a bit more practical and less 'wet' to look at and it will appeal more.
