Getrag and Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to establish a joint venture in China. The new company, Dongfeng Getrag Transmission Co., Ltd., is held by both partners in equal interests and will develop and produce transmissions for Dongfeng’s passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
