Listed below are links to weblogs that reference GM North America recalls year-to-date: 15,809,846:

At an average of $300 per recall, the price tag may reach $4,500,000,000, if not more. This will make the $28,000,000 recent penalty (for one delayed recall) look very small.

Wouldn't an improved quality control cost less?

How will all those recalls affect GM's sales?

'GM North America recalls year-to-date: 15,809,846' - relax, it is just GM posturing for another $40 billion taxpayer bailout.
