Arizona Republic. The town of Gilbert, AZ has added two 2005 Honda Civic Hybrids to its fleet, which already includes two Toyota Priuses.

Though the hybrids make up a miniscule portion of Gilbert's 700-plus-vehicle fleet, [Scott] Sonnenberg [Gilbert's fleet service manager] said their ability to curb emissions, extend fuel mileage and save money make them a no-brainer acquisition for the town, putting it ahead of neighboring cities.
