EPA Schedules Two Public Hearings on California GHG Waiver

The US Environmental Protection Agency has scheduled two public hearings in May of 2007 to take public comments on the California Air Resources Board’s 21 December 2005 request to implement a greenhouse gases reduction measure for motor vehicles.

The first hearing will be held at 9 am Tuesday, 22 May at the US EPA’s Potomac Yard Conference Center, 2777 Crystal Drive, Room S-1204, Arlington, Virginia.

The second hearing will be held at 9 am Wednesday, 30 May at the Byron Sher Auditorium, Cal/EPA Headquarters, 1001 I Street, Sacramento, California.
