ANSMANN AG showcasing new hub motors, battery systems, full drive solutions for e-bikes at Eurobike

At Eurobike, ANSMANN AG is presenting its broad range of e-mobility components, including its greatly expanded product range of rear and front drives; the company is introducing six new variants of hub motors. Also on display are several battery variants, a smart display with control function including Bluetooth interface for navigation and smartphone as well as a drive with integrated automatic switching system. ANSMANN is also presenting its wide range of services and competencies around the development of customer-specific battery technology.

At Eurobike, ANSMANN will focus on two new products that will significantly enhance the e-bike driving experience. The e-mobility specialist has integrated the FAG-VELOMATIC automatic gearshift developed by Schaeffler Technologies into its drive system.

With the addition of six new variants to its range of hub motors, ANSMANN offers e-bike manufacturers the largest complete range available on the market. Nine different rear and front engines of different performance classes are now available.

All ANSMANN motors are virtually noise and vibration free and are characterized by high efficiency and a compact, lightweight design. The latter partially reduces the overall weight of the bikes, even compared to other solutions available on the market.

The standard installation dimension (front engine 100 mm, rear engine 135 mm) makes assembly easier and makes it possible to equip all EN15194 approved bicycle models with it—even later. In addition to geared motors, ANSMANN also offers designs for direct drive with energy recovery. The most powerful variants are not only suitable for use with e-bikes, but also for seat, three or cargo bikes and scooters. Special drives with rubber coating also allow use as an impeller, so that even wheelchairs or hospital beds can be equipped with it.

With its new display, ANSMANN meets the increasing demands on user comfort and smartphone compatibility. The small, easy to read on-board computer provides a range of data, offers a control function and can be connected via Bluetooth interface with various navigation systems and smartphones.
