Emerging Fuels Technology amends license with Red Rock Biofuels to double FT capacity

Emerging Fuels Technology, Inc (EFT) has amended its license agreement with Red Rock Biofuels LLC (RRB) under which EFT will provide its TL8a Fischer-Tropsch (FT) technology to provide additional FT capacity for RRB’s Bio-Refinery in Lakeview, Oregon.

The amendment doubles the FT capacity to be provided by EFT. The new capacity will be incorporated immediately in the plant which is currently under construction.

Emerging Fuels Technology (EFT) is a technology company focused on methods for producing synthetic fuels and specialty products from a variety of feedstocks such as natural gas, biomass, municipal solid waste (MSW) and bio-derived oils. EFT licenses Fischer-Tropsch (FT) and related synthesis technologies and upgrade packages for 500 to 10,000 BPD applications.
