Rivian Automotive reported producing 17,541 vehicles at its manufacturing facility in Normal, Illinois during Q4 2023 and delivering 13,972 vehicles during the same period. The production figures represent a 75% increase over Q4 2022.

Rivian noted that a large portion of the vehicles produced by not delivered were the Amazon electric delivery vehicle. Amazon stopped taking delivery in December to focus on Holiday deliveries, Rivian said.

On a full-year 2023 basis, the company produced 57,232 vehicles and delivered 50,122. This exceeded management’s most recent full-year 2023 production guidance of 54,000 vehicles.

The company also announced that on 21 February, after market close, it will release its fourth quarter 2023 financial results.
